|  | The photo was taken the last day of the Texas Tech Outdoor School in Junction, in which we participated in Pioneer Day. We whittled, shaved branches, plowed with a hand plow, washed clothes on a wash board, made homemade biscuits, and made candles. The whole camp was four days and three nights.
|  | | Mrs Weinheimer's 5th Grade Class held a raffle for a toy bear and raised $88 to send to the girl they sponsor in Uganda. They send $24 a month to the Christian Children Fund to cover her medical and educational needs. The winner of the bear is Mackenzie Keller A big Thanks to HEB for donating the bear.

| These photos were taken when we went to visit our Care Calls right before Thanksgiving. We visited Mrs. Griffin at the Paige House, and while doing so, stopped and visited this gentleman, Mr. Duff. We visit our Care Calls twice a year, at Thanksgiving and at Easter. We visit the Tri-Star Nursing Home once a month and other ones on holidays. Check back for more photos of our visits. The kids are wonderful at visiting the elderly. I am very proud of them!
