The new St. Mary’s Catholic School year is underway and Scrip sales are booming.
Thanks to our enthusiastic volunteers we have more options on where and when you can purchase Scrip Cards. This promises to be a more productive year than we have had before. If you are a regular purchaser of Scrip Cards, thank you for your continued support.
If you have not yet used this cost free way of donating to the school, ask one of our volunteers at any of the sales sites to explain how you can contribute to the school without taking money from your pocket. How do Scrip Cards work? 1). Non Profit Organizations all across America are raising funds with Scrip Cards.
2). St. Mary’s Catholic School purchases Scrip Cards from our suppliers (HEB, etc.) at a discount.
3). St. Mary’s Catholic School supporters purchase Scrip Cards at full face value.
4). St. Mary’s Catholic School supporters shop at participating retailers for full face value of the Scrip Cards they have purchased.
5). The difference between the discount and face value of the Scrip Card is revenue for St. Mary’s Catholic School.
6). When you purchase Scrip Cards you do not pay any fees. For Example: A).You purchase a $100.00 HEB Scrip Card from the volunteer outside of church after mass. B).You take the card to HEB, select your merchandise, and then present the Scrip Card for payment just as you would present a check or cash. If your purchases are less than $100.00, then your card will retain the “change” on the card for use next time you shop. C).St. Mary’s Catholic School makes $5.00  | Scrip Cards are available at:
The School office- Monday Thru Friday 7:45 a.m. to 4:00p.m. (During the School year)
At the school pick up line as well as in front of both school buildings after school on Fridays.
After the 5:30 mass on Saturday and the 7:30, 9:00, and 12:00 mass on Sunday.
